Gerrard-White is a growing recruitment business with offices in London and Tunbridge Wells. We are looking to hire a trainee recruitment resourcer to join our Insurance team in Tunbridge Wells. Working on an established insurance desk you will have the opportunity to work on a range of exciting positions for some of the biggest names in the UK, and global insurance markets. With major growth plans our next hires are crucial, we are looking for future leaders who are looking to progress and grow with our business. Profile We are looking for a tenacious insurance professional from either an operational, or technical insurance background looking to make a career within recruitment, focusing on an exciting mix of general and London market insurance roles. - 12 months+ experience working within an insurer, or broker - Strong communicator - Competitive, ambitious and driven - Must have the ability to pick new things up and change direction quickly - Must be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the insurance sector, as well as the set-up of large, and small-scale insurers and the complexity of roles within these. Typical roles include claims, pricing, underwriting, actuarial, and technology.
