Kingston Barnes are currently looking for new talent to join our expanding team. Due to continued growth we are looking to hire 3 new trainees to work in our prestigious Queen Square office in central Bristol.

As a Recruitment Consultant within Kingston Barnes you will be responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary or permanent positions for our client companies. The jobs may vary from entry-level roles to senior management. You will be working with clients building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements. You will be required to attract candidates through a range of techniques, such as producing job adverts for use in a wide range of media, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals. You will also be required to screen candidates, interview them, do background checks, and finally match candidates to their clients. This is a sales role where you will be encouraged to meet people face to face.
The successful trainee will be invited to join a 12 week hands on trainee program where you will learn the full process of recruitment , from referencing and interviewing potential candidates to visiting clients, taking a detailed vacancy, shortlisting candidates and arranging interviews! During this you will have the support of your mentor to guide you through the process but you will also be given invaluable experience as you spend time with our clients learning about the industry we are passionate to recruit for.

As this is a sales environment previous experience in sales is beneficial however not completely necessary. As long as you are resilient and energetic, we want to hear from you!
