Trainee Recruitment Consultant Opportunities BLUS49514 Leeds Up to £28,000 – Uncapped Commission and Generous Car Allowance Looking for an exciting career opportunity with great earning potential? So….what will I be doing? Well, once you’ve completed your initial period of mentoring and training and feel ready to get out there and make your mark, you’ll be making appointments and meeting clients from a huge range of businesses. You’ll gain experience in both sales and marketing which will help you to identify new clients and manage existing relationships and you’ll learn everything you need to know about our unique style of recruitment. Hmmm...sounds good, but I’m not a graduate and I don’t have any recruitment experience… Although we are keen to hear from graduates, we won’t focus on the subject or your grades as our main focus is your ambition and determination. We’re looking for individuals with the right combination of tenacity, character and attitude and you’ll be encouraged to develop and grow – both professionally and personally - in a supportive and fun environment. We’ll consider your application on your personal merits so don’t be put off from applying just because you haven’t been to Uni. The role will be challenging, there’s no denying that, but your initial period of training and the ongoing mentoring and guidance you will be offered will ensure that you can hit the ground running and embark on an exciting new career within the recruitment industry.
