Job Description

Due to an exciting period of growth my client has a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer to join their established team. My client is one of the leading independent Dental recruitment company's in the area; they have an excellent reputation with both clients and candidates; their values are very important to them and they are seeking a likeminded individual to support their current team and gain valuable knowledge within the industry. as an Apprentice you will be responsible for supporting their team of Recruitment Consultants with various administrative tasks; matching candidates to temporary and permanent vacancies, conducting online searches for candidates and assisting with other administrative tasks as required. Duties include: Resourcing: * Using social media platforms like: LinkedIn, Facebook and twitter. * Using (url removed) CV library search. * Using the companies 'Data base. * Using own initiative * Network and advertise to potential candidates * Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies * Compliance Ideal candidate: * Knowledge and experience of using various online resources to search for candidates * Strong IT skills * Excellent literacy/spelling/grammatical ability Benefits: As this is an apprenticeship you can look forward to the following: * Gaining work based experience * A nationally recognised qualification * Competitive apprentice salary * On-going training and support * Career development and progression * Student travel and retail discounts.
