The role We are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant who is determined and driven and has an aptitude for sales or customer service. The position will focus on building relationships with client companies and candidates, involving both face to face and telephone sales. You will be matching candidates to clients' requirements and arranging interviews for professional engineering design and commercial vacancies. About you You will be either a graduate (from any university degree course) or a recent college leaver who has achieved good A level results and is looking to go straight into a professional business role. You will have a competitive mindset and will be looking for a rewarding job that provides clear opportunities for career progression. You will also be ambitious, passionate and money-motivated. You will have the ability to communicate well using the telephone as well as the capacity to listen carefully and to learn quickly.
