You will receive a starting basic salary from your first day- plus an uncapped commission structure Proven with our previous Academy trainees you can exceed £40,000 in your first year. With hard work and dedication many Academy trainees go on to earn up to £80,000 in their second year. Initially you will be paid to train with other new starters in an Academy – this innovative 12 week training course enables you to experience the daily life of a Recruitment Consultant whilst developing your sales skills and improving your knowledge of the specialist sectors we serve. The Total Assist Academy runs on specific dates and entails a structured recruitment process.
