Adaptability and strong emotional intelligence is a must at Venquis, where no two days are the same. However, you would also have set responsibilities which includes: * Working to daily/weekly/monthly KPIs * Managing a sophisticated sales process * Identifying, sourcing, interviewing and processing candidates * Delivering outstanding customer service * Working as part of an effective team Recruitment experience isn’t necessary, however B2B Sales experience is preferred and those with a background in B2B Sales will relish this natural progression into a long term career with guaranteed growth and a huge earning potential
