Key elements of the role include: Building new business relationships Managing ongoing client relationships, both on the phone and face to face Providing market knowledge and advice to employers Sourcing suitable candidates via networking, advertising and database searches Providing CV, interview and career advice to candidates Interviewing candidates on a general basis and for specific roles Managing the job offer process and negotiating salary packages Maintaining market and commercial awareness through research and Business Development Do you have what it takes? Specific requirements include: A level and/or Degree qualifications in a technical field Between 1-3 years of sales or recruitment experience First class communication and presentation skills Excellent written English and IT skills Recruitment experience is not essential, as you will receive training.
