We are currently seeking high-calibre graduates for our fast-track Executive Search Graduate Scheme. This is designed to develop a small number of highly talented graduates who have the potential to progress to senior leadership roles within the organisation. We pride ourselves on our ability to grow organically - This means our current Senior Management team have all successfully matured through our graduate scheme. This is an opportunity for you to do the same. On joining you will embark upon a structured 12-week training program, providing you with the skills and experience you need to be successful in Executive Search with Harrison Frazer. As soon as you start you will have access to our uncapped commission structure, meaning earnings in excess of £45,000 in your first year, and £60,000+ in your second year are achievable. We foster a "work-hard, play-hard" culture and host many weekly, 4-weekly, quarterly and yearly social events, competitions and incentives. Our quarterly review program offers the opportunity to rapidly increase your basic salary based on individual performance and determines the rate to which you will progress into management positions.
