Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant Team Leader, you will work with a team of consultant to meet the monthly target set by the company. The role will include supporting the development of recruitment strategies and processes to maximise the output of business and candidate engagement. The successful candidate will have the ability to set and monitor team and individual KPIs, ensuring that these are bench mark against the overall team objectives. Job purpose: • Successfully and consistently meet monthly financial targets. Place suitable candidates to meet client requirements in order to achieve revenue in line with corporate and personal goals • Develop and lead the team to manage client and candidate relationships, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, profitable outcome and quality standards Responsibilities: • Identify, progress and convert sales leads as required • Understand and meet agreed KPIs (vacancies taken, calls made, interviews etc) in line with company policy • Motivate the team to meet and exceed agreed financial targets • Monitor team and individual targets against company monthly target. • Manage own personal target and reporting weekly on profitable output • Ensure all necessary administration, payment and aftercare services are concluded in line with company policies • Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies. • Proactively and consistently strive to identify and obtain new business opportunities • Visiting clients to build and develop relationships; • Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment; • Manage and profitably develop client relationships • Establish and agree terms and conditions of service Requirements: •At least 1 years experience within a 360 recruitment role •A proven biller •KPI and target driven
