Recruiter (engineering/manufacturing) 6 month rolling contract 18,50-20 per hour Oxford You will have end-to-end responsibility for the recruiting process including sourcing, attracting, assessing and hiring active and passive candidates. By maintaining a deep and current knowledge of the talent market you will be a business partner addressing business needs and delivering recruitment activity for roles with a specific focus on Manufacturing Engineers and R&D Engineers. We are looking for an experienced, confident and proactive TA professional with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. Key activities: * Analyse job description and translate to search queries, to be used in database mining in various channels such as internal candidate database (Bullhorn), job board databases, internet searches (Google and other web searches, LinkedIn and other social networks), and in some cases phone sourcing etc. as requested. * Identify and implement sourcing strategies that will drive talent to open positions and create a robust pipeline at all levels inclusive of diversity. * Proactively source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates for open roles and effectively share talent across the portfolio * Diligent internet research to find hidden information (passive candidates). * Keep up-to-date with new recruiting methods; assist in developing consistent corporate recruiting strategy Engagement, Screening and Submission: * Engage and communicate with prospective candidates. * Carry out * Create Candidate Profiling Form. * Candidate management, constant communication to keep engagement Client relationship: * Is clients ‘single point of contact’ (SPOC) from a daily delivery/operational perspective. * Provide market information Process: * Coordinate entire sourcing process, from intake to offer stage, end to end. * Develop effective sourcing strategies, work on sourcing innovation. * Act as a Subject Matter Expert by gathering the utmost of industrial knowledge (job profiles, target companies etc.) and creating, building and maintaining best-in-class sourcing strategies. Experience: * Experience in the role of recruiter, preferably manufacturing and engineering focus. * Experience with passive sourcing methodology, creative sourcing for niche roles. * Ability to attract talents in different ways, have proactive approach and passionate about finding a solution * Possess a wide range of experience on current corporate recruiting policies, practices, and industry trends * Mastery in applying various sourcing methodologies; strong web searcher
