Would you like to gain valuable experience in healthcare recruitment? We're seeking a recruiter assistant with social media experience to support the Snap team. Title: Specialist Healthcare Recruiter Assistant Salary: £20,000.00+ gross per annum + Commission Opportunities Location: Shoreditch EC2A Start Date: December 2019 Contract: Full-time, 6 month contract, possibility to extend/convert to a permanent contract Hours/Days: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm Snap Care is a specialist agency recruiting high calibre support workers, SEN Nannies / Mannies, therapists and Personal Assistants to support children, young people and adults with disabilities. Established in 2001, we offer a range of recruitment solutions to our clients to find the very best support typically at the client’s home, but sometimes in rehab, hospital, educational or work settings. We work directly with private families and clients, and also via case managers and solicitors across the UK. We are seeking a dynamic, confident assistant to support our busy recruiters in Snap’s London office. This is a full-time role which will initially be for 6 months from December 2019 to May 2020, with the possibility to extend to a permanent position. This position will be a great introduction to specialist recruitment and if you excel, career progression within the company is possible. You’ll assist recruiters with the following tasks to enable them to increase placements and help more clients and families: CV searches, continuing to build our database of excellent candidates, first calls to qualify applications, data entry, posting job adverts online, office duties including telephone, emails etc. Interviewing candidates, obtaining written and verbal references. Promoting Snap via our social media platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram. We are seeking individuals with the following attributes: Essential: At least 2 years’ experience supporting children and/or adults with disabilities Passionate and committed to providing the best service to support our clients and their families Dedicated to positively promote inclusion, diversity, and independence Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate with a wide range of people, great telephone manner Computer Literate, competent user of emails, social media, etc. Highly Preferable Office experience Educated to degree level+ If you’d like to join the Snap team, send your CV with a brief supporting statement to Sally at Snap.
