Senior Consultant - Executive Search Senior Appointments Perpetual Partnerships Northwich Perpetual Partnerships The Senior Appointments team at Perpetual Partnerships are experts in providing world class leadership talent to the Manufacturing, Engineering and Built Environment Industry in both UK and international markets. We provide a range of bespoke solutions to suit our clients need, using accurate and up to date research to deliver precise outcomes and advice. Owing to recent success and subsequent expansion we are now looking for an Executive Search Consultant to join the senior appointments team based out of our Northwich office. The Role The Executive Search consultant will understand client requirements and develop bespoke solutions in line with the Perpetual offering and deliver on active assignments. You will develop relationships with clients through credible market intelligence and through presenting relevant solutions at client meetings. You will be capable of identifying target clients, networking and developing existing clients. Furthermore the Consultant will create and deliver events that offer clients and candidates the opportunity to network in line with the ethics of the Perpetual business. Working as part of a team, the successful candidate will effectively manage research and resource support to achieve results on delivery targets. The Candidates The candidate will be of graduate calibre with a strong foundation in recruitment. Whilst our current expertise is in Manufacturing/Engineering & Built Environment, we will also consider candidates from other specialist markets. Ideally you will have previously sold retained solutions and have the ability to develop relationships at senior management and board level. You will be an ambitious consultant determined to deliver the highest calibre of solutions to your clients and candidates.
