SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT WANTED!! Great News, we are building our new recruitment team for 2020/2021 so are on the lookout for experienced recruitment professionals, covering a 360 role. Having been established in 2010 amongst the global recession, Ambitek have gone from strength to strength, now operating from 5 different locations across the UK – Manchester, St Helens, Leeds, Birmingham & Nottingham. Ambitek aims to grow rapidly over the next few years, to do this we need like-minded people to join our Team. Our Team is made up of down to earth people, all from different walks of life but with the common goal of growing Ambitek to a major recruiter within the UK Manufacturing Engineering Industry. This is a results orientated role involving a strong element of client development and hands-on sales activity. Proactively engaging with both current and potential clients via regular BD calls will be key to your success in this role. As a Consultant you are tasked with managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle - this involves building up a client portfolio of businesses, managing a database of top calibre professional candidates, identifying suitable opportunities within the market place and working with all parties concerned to deliver professional, unrivalled service. The ideal applicant will already have a good grounding within sales or recruitment, ideally involving B2B selling, or within a client facing environment. The market can be tough at times and we are looking for an individual capable of making an impact rapidly, demonstrating high levels of resilience, and a "go-getting" nature.
