Nurture Education Senior Education Recruitment Consultant/Operations Manager Nurture Education is an education recruitment company providing teacher and support staffing solutions inclusive of day-to-day, short and long-term vacancies to meet the needs of their client schools. We operate from an office in Moorgate. We are currently advertising for a highly qualified candidate with previous UK education recruitment consulting/operations management experience, who also has international experience within the education sector. Additionally, the desired candidate will have had extensive experience and responsibilities with the growth, development and operations of a new business. As a Recruitment Consultant/Operations Manager, you will be required to do a high volume of sales calls to schools across London as well as resourcing and recruiting quality teachers, facilitating interviews, creating quality marketing and advertising. Alongside this, you will be having regular face-to-face client visits whilst building relationships with key decision makers in schools. You will have highly important responsibilities to grow and develop the business, making important decisions, analysing and providing statistical data and reports. As we are a smaller company, due to the nature of day-to-day supply teaching requirements, the desired candidate will also be required to supply-teach in our client schools if required. The salary for this position will be £65,798.73 To be considered for this role you MUST have: * Senior education recruitment consulting experience * Senior management and extensive business operations experience * University degree * Qualification to teach in UK schools Desired * Driver licence * International teaching experience * International business operations experience Applications close on the 10th November 2018
