Job Description

Working as a Resourcer you will support the Recruitment Consultants by building a talent pool of suitable Teachers, Cover Supervisors and support staff. You will respond to the requirements of the Consultants to source candidates to meet specific criteria or jobs. You will be responsible for: - Understanding client and candidate needs - sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates - both telephone and face to face - checking relevant documentation to meet compliance standards You will be working in a fast paced, target driven environment and your performance will be tracked. You must be able to work well under pressure, have strong organisational skills and a good eye for detail
