Zenith People is a successful recruitment business based in South Tyneside. As a result of business demands, we are currently looking to recruit a Resourcer to help consultants within a very busy and successful Engineering and Manufacturing Division. This role is responsible for supporting the engineering recruitment team identify and source candidates to fill roles using the in house database, social media and jobs boards Job specific responsibilities: Service Delivery •Advertising all job posts to various recruitment platforms •Filter applicants inline with job criteria •Telephone screen applicants to assess suitability to jobs •Arranging candidate interviews for specific vacancies •Face to face interview candidates to assist in the presentation of short-lists to clients •Adding all new candidates to the database •Populating the database with potential candidates •Taking vacancy details from Clients and creating job and person specifications as required •Typing candidates CV’s to send to Client •Arranging Client interviews – confirming with both Client and Candidate and briefing Candidates •Co-ordinating assessment/testing days •Confirming starts and ensuring relevant letters and information are distributed •Attending jobs fairs and outplacement support sessions •Production of contract and induction information for each contract and ensuring this information is kept up to date •Assist in managing jobs boards •Issuing and collating weekly timesheets •Following up queries on behalf of payroll team •Basic front line invoicing support for Candidates and Clients •Checking of worker bible and timesheets before passing to payroll •Data input – creating candidate records, tracking information and general management information •Producing Candidate profiles •Faxing, filing, photocopying as required •Production of company information factsheets, tables, documents, etc. •Working to company quality and compliance standards to maintain best practice Quality & Audit •Ensuring all legislative requirements are met with regards to the registration of candidates (including ID, RTW and qualification checking) •Compliance and enforcement of internal policies, standards and procedures •Collection of client and candidate feedback as per ‘Customer Satisfaction Monitoring Policy’ •Supporting of internal and external auditing activity •Keeping up to date with the latest relevant legislation and ensuring compliance regarding AWR •Working to ISO Standards •Effectively managing the permanent database of clients and candidates
