Internal Recruitment Role, based in Sheffield immediate start! On behalf of my client based in Sheffield I am looking for an Recruitment Officer. The role as a Recruitment Officer will include: * To support the Head of HR in preparing high level recruitment packs (and all associated documentation) for central posts and Principal posts * To continually train and advise existing and new academies on the recruitment processes and support that can be offered from the recruitment department * Lead on and manage the internal relationships with all stakeholders across the business on all recruitment matters • * To produce regular recruitment data and statistics to support the Head of HR * Co-ordination of Recruitment Fairs and Presentation Events Experience: * Previous experience of working within a fast paced recruitment environment is essential * Experience of working in the education sector would be beneficial * An ability to maintain accurate and concise reports and produce this information when required * Experience active involvement in recruitment, selection and employee relations * Knowledge and experience of working in an environment that is heavily safeguarded Benefits: Salary of £22,000 - £26,000 DOE Onsite parking Pension scheme Development Opportunities Please contact Farah for more information FB Recruitment Services Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent and interim recruitment.
