In an era where the recruitment of skilled and qualified healthcare workers is at its most competitive, every campaign to recruit matters. We are seeking a Recruitment Marketing Manager who will design innovative campaigns around the recruitment needs of our sites helping us become the employer of choice in the sector. Our Recruitment Marketing Manager role involves: • Designing recruitment campaigns to attract Registered Nurses, Healthcare Support Workers, Therapeutic Staff as well as other functional roles within the care sector • Working with Site Managers to support Open Days providing local advertising and social media support to maximise each event • Monitoring vacancy needs across the group and adjusting and developing campaigns to support recruitment as appropriate • Writing recruitment marketing communications and working with team members, site managers and agencies to create campaign components • Supporting the execution of campaigns and the logistics and management of activities • Managing the tracking of campaign results to help measure success To be successful as Recruitment Marketing Manager, you’ll need: • A Marketing qualification • Experience of working within the health or care industry • Experience in drafting/messaging • Graphic design experience to create artwork (you must be competent to work within INDESIGN) • Experience of being a brand gatekeeper • To be passionate about recruitment marketing • Experience of managing the creation of print materials and digital marketing assets • Good understanding of the steps needed to be taken from idea through to creation • To be organised and able to manage multiple projects • Good research and reporting skills • To be proactive and self-motivated, getting involved in all projects/tasks, regardless of how big/small • To be a team player About our benefits: In return for your expertise and hard work, we offer a wide range of benefits: • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (at commencement of employment) • A Group Personal Pension Plan (GPPP) • Life Assurance • Free meals while on duty • Employee Assistance Services • Continuous learning and development • Childcare vouchers • Career development • Voluntary Benefits
