Job Description

Due to the company’s current growth and future aspirations, we now have a fantastic opportunity for a new Recruitment Manager to join our office in London. The Recruitment Manager will ensure that we have the right people, in the right roles, at the right time. They are responsible for the implementation of the recruitment strategy across the business, with most of their time spent on Talent Acquisition, including finding, acquiring, assessing, and hiring candidates to fill roles that are required to meet company goals and fulfil project requirements. The position itself will include, but not be limited to: ResourcingYou will be responsible for end to end volume recruitment into our Consultancy business, working to internal expectations. From experience they know that quantity must be balanced with quality and they will drive performance through the recruitment of promising talent. As well as this they will be comfortable working with management of recruitment of technical and specialist roles. Recruitment StrategyYou will work with the senior management team to develop and implement an effective and robust recruitment strategy that allows us to increase head count quickly when needed. They will regularly review the strategy to ensure effectiveness and will manage any necessary changes and improvements. Managing External SuppliersOur Recruitment Manager will be the first point of contact for all recruitment agencies and will manage the PSL to ensure performance against agreed SLAs. You will provide monthly updates to senior management on the performance and effectiveness of suppliers and any steps they have taken to remedy issues. Managing Internal StakeholdersWorking with internal stakeholders, they will work to understand growth targets, resource requirements and present clear solutions. You will also work particularly closely with the HR Team to ensure a smooth on boarding and induction process for new starters. Policy and ProceduresOur Recruitment Manager will work with the HR Manager to implement clear policies and procedures covering recruitment and onboarding. They will promote practices in line with them across the business and will provide support where they may be a lack of understanding. Understanding the challenges of balancing business needs with best practice, they will implement a ‘best fit’ approach that satisfies both. NumbersKnowing the numbers is essential, how many people are needed, how many are in the pipeline and how many have started and left within a short timescale. Our Recruitment Manager will be able to review and analyse data to identify trends What will you bring to the role? You’ll thrive on the challenge of large scale recruitment drives You’ll be organised and disciplined, able to manage your own time and workload You’ll have a passion for working with people, interacting with people and being challenged by people You’ll use great communication skills to get the best from a situation and the best from your learners You’ll have a thirst for learning, and take every opportunity to have feedback and use it to improve You’ll have excellent PC skills with significant experience producing documents using MS packagesOur ideal candidate will have but not limited to: You’ll have substantial experience of volume recruitment Creating Job Descriptions Sifting CV’s and conducting initial telephone interviews on behalf of hiring managers Scheduling interviews You’ll have a proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders, including the management of multiple recruitment partners/agencies You’ll have developed and implemented recruitment strategies You’ll have knowledge of employment regulations and requirements, including Right to Work legislation Experience of working with recruitment portals, e.g. NetworxIn return for your hard-work and commit: £35,000 - £38,000 per year depending on experience 27 days holiday annual leave + bank holidays!
