Our client are leading nationwide construction company and due to recent growth of the company they are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Manager to oversee the recruitment within the company.
The recruitment Manager will ensure that staffing requirements are met to identify, attract and on board top talent to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs. Responsible for the delivery of around 200 hires per year the successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the recruitment strategy for the business and have the ability to create and roll out tailored attraction campaigns and measure their success.
Responsible for the leadership, design, development and execution of the group recruitment strategy deliverable that will include cost per hire, time to hire and retention.
To set KPI’s for the department to enable them to deliver best class service to all stakeholders.
Leading direct hiring and sourcing activities to ensure the best candidate selection for each role and that the recruitment process is conducted efficiently, economically, and in accordance with the organization's policies and standards.
Responsible for analysing data to identify gaps, trends, and required areas of focus. Partner with leadership to establish recruiting metrics and analytics that provide insights, guide decision making, and measure recruitment team productivity. Will lead on compiling recruitment statistics for sign off.
Develops and supports strategies to enhance the company’s diversity and GPG recruitment strategy.
Manages contractual relationships with placement agencies for both permanent and direct labour, Create SLA’s and drive performance improvement with agencies and ensure that the agencies partner to drive positive PR for the Group throughout the candidate experience.
Manages job boards, job fairs and various internet job search websites for group optimum exposure and for posting requisitions and surfacing candidates. Continually drives performance improvement to ensure the most cost effective and far reaching methods of attraction are used.
Analyse and share market trend knowledge and develop cross-functional strategy to attract and retain talent through competitive compensation packages and offers.
Working with recruitment + Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process and responsible for GDPR adherence.
Measures team performance against maintaining consistent standards for all applicants and ensuring compliance with all rules and regulations related to hiring and recruiting and working to KPI’s.
Responsible for developing and applying an in-depth knowledge of the job specifications to include experience, skills, and behavioural competencies needed for success in each role.
Creates interview protocol and questions tailored to each vacancy to ensure best candidates are sourced and recruitment process is followed.
Support interviewing where required and monitor feedback from interviews.
Drives ‘best practice’ on the ground across all stakeholders and recruiting managers.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of managing a recruitment function across multiple sites with previous responsibility for high volume hiring within a construction or similar PLC for at least 3 - 5 years
A self starter who can demonstrate that they have exceeded recruitment targets and SLA's to contribute the the success of the business
Ability to interpret and analyse recruiting metrics and trends: Retention, quality of hire and net throughput.
