THE COMPANY: Brewster Partners are working with a utilities company, based in Swindon. We supporting with a recruitment manager role, 6 month FTC for a recruitment project. This role could extend for a couple of months but will not be permament. This role also requires travel to various sites, including South Wales, Portsmouth and Barnsley. THE JOB: To lead and deliver best practice end to end recruitment process for all roles across the business. Collaborating and taking a consultative approach with our Hiring Managers, putting together the best recruitment strategies for live and future openings. Support and coach managers throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. To design and implement onboarding process. To deliver training programmes across the business. To design and deliver competency assessment documentation. Support the implementation of improvement programmes. All of the above to be completed in accordance with company values including budget and timelines. THE PERSON: As this role will be part of the HR team you will be required to be flexible regarding your duties and hours of work. Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience Recruitment experience - end to end. (Posting, shortlisting, assessment centres, offer, induction, KPIs) Knowledge of employment law. Commercial experience and knowledge.(PR, Budgets, Social media) Experience of designing and delivering training. Experience of competency assessment frameworks and implementation programme. Experience of managing customer relationships. Excellent organisational skills. Effective written and verbal skills. IT literate - software systems, Microsoft packages, internet platforms.
