Job Description

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: This role is responsible for working with the business management to stay abreast of recruitment industry trends and changes, manage relationships internally with the sales teams and externally with industry specific vendors. In addition to this you would be responsible for working with the data protection officer (DPO) and legal department to ensure that every step is taken to comply with legal obligations regarding the collection, storage and processing of personal information. Moving forwards this role will become responsible for working with the business management to have a clear picture of the current situation in both G2V and the recruitment industry and stay abreast of trends and changes. Understanding these changes and their impact, and recommending actions and changes to address this. Identify additional areas of research and reporting and describe the benefits of this. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Recruitment industry awareness o Accreditation, Affiliation and Memberships o Job boards and sales tools  Managing current job board relationships  Researching new job board relationships  Job board schedules  Job board costs  Job board usage  Job board effectiveness  Research evolving recruitment methods and tools • Data protection management o Data knowledge  Data categorisation  Data transparency o Data management  Data ownership  Data processing processes  Missing or erroneous data  Audit access and change management  Consent process and reporting o Compliance  Current legislation  Changes to data protection legislation  Control and Audit  Escalation • Business data analysis o Reporting  Business and industry reports  Additional reporting, internal and industry  Business data correlation and value o Data Context  Business and industry reports  Internal business reports  Trend analysis  Identifying missing or erroneous data PERSON SPECIFICATION: Qualities/Skills: • Recruitment industry experience • Sound understanding of sales process and tools within the recruitment industry • Strong negotiation skills • Keen interest in IT and technology • Understanding of projects and being able to work to a timeline and deadline • Self-motivated with proven experience of working on your own and as part of a team • Good written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem solving skills
