SUMMARY OF POST Netcom Training are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can carry out tasks efficiently within the ethos of the organisation. As a Recruitment Executive Assistant, you will have to be adaptable to ongoing changes within the organization and be willing to learn new process and procedures and apply them accordingly whilst meeting the company's business targets and needs. Previous sales and recruitment experience within the IT sector would be preferable but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this job role in addition to a brilliant attitude towards work, ambition, motivation, confidence and a ‘can-do’ approach as well as a good telephone manner. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Your main responsibility is to work within the recruitment department however you will be required to help other departments within the organisation to meet business needs. Your primary role will involve the following: * Working within the Netcom Online Enrolment Department where you will be required to work from a CRM database where potential leads would have been generated through social media i.e. Facebook and Instagram. * You will be required to make between 50-70 calls per day * Convert leads into sales * Work towards KPIs * Keep up to date with product knowledge on all courses the organisation offers * Keep record for sales data * You will also be required to help out in the Student Loan Department where you will be required to make calls to potential learners and books appointments. * Interviewing, CV writing and support will be required from you from time to time Your secondary role is to support all other departments when required to by senior management these responsibilities are could be from administration duties to anything that is required to meet business needs
