We have an opportunity with a well-known Recruitment Company who have a fantastic reputation, they have lots of clients & they are real market leaders in Marketing, Communications, PR & Partnerships. They are looking for a Team Leader/Divisional Manager/Managing Consultant/ Recruitment Manager to join their growing division, paying £50k-£70k OTE £120K Plus a Team Bonus once the team has been recruited - role based in London - close to Monument Station.
1.You will have bucket loads of clients to start working with straight away - so you will be a BILLING TEAM LEADER. Even though they have lots of clients, you will be doing some New Business, but majority of roles come to you and it is your job to develop the clients
2.Once you have found your feet, established yourself with the new & existing clients you will be responsible for recruiting a team underneath you
3.You will be recruiting your own team and not inheriting a team which is exciting!
4.The target is around £450k for the year but with you being a billing Manager - that shouldn't be too hard! £600k over the next few years would be the goal!
5.Average fee for the business is juicy and they also work to retained business
6.Once you get past £450k you do get share options plus commission and team Bonus
7. Please Note: This brand has some HUGE clients they work with, so New Business for you will be tapping into these existing accounts and cross selling MARKETING.

What experience do we need?
*RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE… YOU MUST BE A SENIOR CONSULTANT WITH ENOUGH EXPERIENCE TO WARRANT A CHANCE TO BE A TEAM LEADER
*Team Leader in a Recruitment Business OR Branch Manager/Managing Consultant
*You could come from a Sales Background within Marketing, Communications and PR.
*We need to know you are a decent 360 consultant & hungry to be successful!
