Do you have recruitment experience? Are you looking for the next step in your career? Alderwood are working with a leading Training Provider of Apprenticeships who are actively recruiting for a recruitment Coordinator to join their growing team in the South West. You will work within the Apprenticeship Recruitment Team and will be sourcing candidates from the companies attraction streams in order to fill those vacancies with the companies key clients. You will work alongside the companies Account Managers and Tutors interacting with existing and new clients to seek out new opportunities for apprenticeships. You'll be a driven self-starter with experience of hitting and exceeding your targets in a recruitment role. You will be experienced at engaging at a senior level, you'll have excellent networking skills and a truly consultative style. The role is being offered on a full time permanent basis.
