On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Recruitment Co-ordinator to help support a new technology strategy programme across the business The Role: You will be focusing on the delivery of our coordination service, working closely with the Tech Talent Resourcing and Employer Brand teams, assuming overall responsibility for an excellent service. Role Requirements and Responsibilities: You will; * Build successful, productive relationships with internal business areas, interviewers, recruitment agencies and direct/employee referral candidates. * Post all open positions on the internal or external careers sites to agreed timeframes. * Direct all candidate applications to the appropriate recruiter for review. * Triage existing and reactivated talent pool candidates by phone to gain additional candidate information and direct to appropriate internal colleagues for further consideration. * Manage the scheduling of all interviews, ensuring candidates and assessors are fully briefed. * Collect feedback from recruiters/ hiring manages after interviews. * Update all candidates on the status of their applications and communicate feedback from interviews. * Manage the process for internal and external candidate referencing. * Generating reports and analysis to help to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the function. * Ad hoc project work.
