An international media group is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join the team on a permanent basis. We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to work in an international environment to continue to help us build one of the best Product and Engineering organisations in the world. Based in London you will bring your highly organised approach, detail focus and your passion for providing a great service, working with colleagues to ensure a world-class experience for hiring managers and candidates. This includes the efficient scheduling of a high volume of interviews, often involving candidates/interviews across multiple locations and different time zones. In addition to the vital task of scheduling interviews, you will also have the opportunity for involvement in strategic project work around social media campaigns and events planning support, as you contribute your ideas and enthusiasm towards driving continuous improvement to recruitment processes and enhancing the candidate/hiring manager experience. Responsibilities: * Scheduling interviews and booking telephone/video conferences internationally * Organising travel arrangements including booking of international flights and hotel accommodation * Posting jobs through our internal system and other job boards * Supporting social media campaigns and international events * Collaborating closely with Recruiters and Hiring Teams * Providing all round administrative support to the Recruiters and Management Team * Building positive relationships with teammates and internal customers across multiple countries * Delivering a great recruiting and on-boarding experience for all candidates and hiring teams * Communicating professionally and maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally * Pro-actively improving processes and fix them systematically Essential Skills and Experience: * BA/BSc degree or equivalent practical experience * Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a burning desire to contribute to the organisation's reputation and success * Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritise multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy * Proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships * Comfortable with numbers If you feel that you fit the above criteria then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
