Do you have a 'Can do' attitude? This is a part-time position (20hrs per week) to cover Maternity Leave with an expected end date of 20th August 2020. Hours will be 9.30 - 1.30 daily Monday - Friday. You will provide efficient, confidential assistance and support to the Home Care Team. The smooth and efficient running of the office is paramount to the success of the business; this role will suit an individual with an enthusiastic 'can do' attitude. You will be required to support the branch with recruitment, making initial contact and taking successful candidates through the recruitment process from Interview to Start of Work. You will be the first point of contact for answering all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, responding to routine enquiries, helping with audits and surveys and a whole host of other things. No two days are the same and it's a great opportunity to learn and develop new skills and start your career within the Adult Health & Social Care Sector. About You This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and adaptable team player to build on their customer service skills. You will have a helpful and flexible approach to tasks and excellent organisational skills which will allow you to build and maintain rapport with people over the phone and face to face. Effective time keeping with a pro-active approach to work and able to prioritise your workload will be second nature to you; as will having a strong attention to detail and accuracy. Previous experience in an administrative role, handling a wide range of tasks and responsibilities is essential and you will be fully conversant with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Outlook and Word.
