Recruitment Consultant x 4 Manufacturing We are looking for several competitive and career minded people to join our rapidly expanding company as a Recruitment Consultant. With realistic first year earnings of £30,000 - £40,000 and uncapped commission earnings now is the time to join us and start your career as a Recruitment Consultant. The Role; Based from our impressive sales offices in Elstree you would be targeting the South West region in the UK which is thriving. You will specialise in the manufacturing industry which has massive growth forecast over the next few years due to the upswing in global markets and competitive pound. * A 360 Recruitment Consultant role with the freedom to build accounts and progress rapidly * An extensive training academy and ongoing coaching and development * Progression into a variety of roles including account and man management positions The Package - A comprehensive tailored sales training academy - Uncapped Commission Scheme (with no threshold for the first 18 months) - £10,500 worth of additional quarterly and annual incentives - Excellent holiday package - £17,000 to £27,000 Basic Salary (DOE) with realistic earnings of £40,000 - £50,000 once established Performance Related Incentives/Activities - High Achiever Trips Abroad e.g. Madrid, Amsterdam, Barcelona - Top Restaurant Nights out - Weekly sporting competitions and social activities If you are interested in this role please click apply at the bottom of this advert.
