As a construction recruitment consultant at Search, you'll be managing a loyal client base that includes some of the North West's top construction companies where you are guaranteed a strong pipeline of jobs for the next couple of years at least and beyond. With the pipeline of work we have, we'd be expecting you to bill in excess of £200,000 in your first year and for that, you would be rewarded very well.
