We are now looking for a new person to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant. RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT OTE £20,000 - £25,000 pa + bonus + profit share This is a varied and demanding role that will challenge and reward you. Key duties include: - * New Business Development * Account Management * Recruitment & Placement of Workers * Associated Administration Applicants must have: - * A minimum of 2 years’ experience of selling a product or service to business * A ‘team player’ attitude * Excellent communication skills * 100% commitment to the company, our clients and to developing a successful future for themselves * A full UK Driving license As well as comprehensive training and the support of our team, you will also enjoy: - * Basic £20,000 - £25,000 (realistic OTE £25,000 - £30,000) * Monthly and quarterly bonus * Annual profit share * Company pension * Use of company pool car for client meetings * Industry specific training & qualifications * An opportunity to grow and take on more responsibility in line with your own success We believe in creating an environment that our staff love to work in where colleagues work together to ensure the future success of themselves and the company.
