Recruitment consultant – Norwich SoCode are recruiting for an exceptional hands-on Recruitment Consultant to work from our Cambridge Science Park offices at the heart of the technology community in which we are the market leader. We have built a small but perfectly formed team on the Norwich Research Park and require further support due to the workload currently provided by our clients. Within 2 years of our formation we have achieved more than our wildest expectations and have achieved a highly profitable business, turning over £7m+ within that time. We are happy to consider people from outside of the recruitment industry and can provide excellent training. We require someone who fits the following description: - Be willing to go above and beyond to deliver an excellent service to our clients, - Maturity and Professionalism, - Confident and client facing nature, - Highly Intelligent, - Excellent phone manner, - Self-starter an manage and influence without using a KPI / Target methodology Our plans for this person and office are very wide reaching – therefore this role can carry a path to directorship within 18 months for the right calibre of person.
