Recruitment Consultant - MUMBLES/SWANSEA £15000-£20000 + OTE + Benefits Established in 2004 a leading Engineering and Environmental Consultancy are looking to recruit a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to be based in their MUMBLES, SWANSEA office. To apply for the Trainee Recruitment Consultant position you will ideally have a strong academic record, with previous experience working in a sales or customer service environment being of particular interest. They will offer full training on all aspects of the recruitment cycle to help you start earning a considerable amount of commission on their uncapped scheme paying 30%. You will also join an existing team that have client and candidates for you to call immediately, and a mentor plus manager to work alongside to help integrate you into the market and team. In addition all staff are given a clear career path plan on day 1, so that you can see where you are, what the next stage is and ultimately how to achieve that next target. They understand that the success of the business is based on the people they employ and the opportunity they provide their staff.
