Recruitment Consultant Parity Professionals are looking to hire x2 Recruitment Consultants to join an established team in our Aldgate office. These are exciting roles that will continue to see the business progress through its next growth period. Parity Professionals is a reputable business that has been trading for over 40 years. As part of Parity Group PLC we have built a strong brand within the IT sector where we provide Staffing and IT solutions across both Public and Private Sector clients. In the last 5 years we have started to diversify in to other markets and also provide recruitment services within Sales, HR, Digital Marketing and Professional Services. You will be joining a small team where you will be setting up your own desk within a specialist market. We are open to sector although there is potentially an opportunity to pick up a couple of accounts within the IT space and someone with a background in IT Recruitment (permanent or contract) would therefore be preferential but not essential. The ideal candidate will have the following: * 1-2 year's recruitment experience * Some experience doing business development -further training can be provided * Confidence to go to client meetings You will be motivated to succeed but most importantly to build long-lasting relationships with clients who trust you.
