Search is looking for a Recruitment Consultant for our IT Contracts division in Manchester. It's really no ordinary recruitment role... Search IT & Change are a founding Division of Search Consultancy and have been established in the UK since 1986, in Manchester since 2000 and more recently Crawley in 2010. Search Consultancy current boast listings in the Sunday Times Top 100 companies; hold Platinum IIP and an "Outstanding" accreditation in the Best Companies' awards.. The IT operation within Search is one of the largest divisions contributing some 10% of the wider company's overall fee income. Internally we have continually secured top performance awards. Our operation spans the UK and all aspects of the IT contract and perm arena. Our teams operate both vertically and regionally creating specific focus and building real value as sector specialists. 2017 is a critical year within the recruitment sector as most organisations seek to grow and re-invest, the expansion of their IT operations is fundamental in achieving this growth and maintaining a competitive advantage. In further expanding our team we're looking for passionate, driven recruiters to contribute to the continued evolution our IT brand. We are interested in IT recruiters with a genuine desire to achieve and grow. Successful individuals will ideally have IT Contracts recruitment experience supported by a proven record of achievement. Critically, you'll be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to drive the recruitment process and develop accounts whilst cultivating strong high value client relationships.
