GREYWOOD ASSOCIATES has been recruiting IT professionals across the UK for over 11 years within a vast array of industry sectors and as well as the exciting news of our Newry office opening in October 2018 we are also looking for new team members in Armagh for both Experienced and Graduate/Trainee/Junior Recruitment Consultants. If you have previous experience working as a Recruiter or a Recruitment Administrator in a target based environment that would be highly advantageous but not essential for the Trainees. Training will be provided, career progression and company bonuses and perks for everyone. As a Recruitment Resourcer working as part of a successful recruitment team, your primary role will be to work with one of our senior consultants and resource candidates for our strong client base. This will involve; * Searching for & Identifying quality candidates * Candidate interviews and relationship management * Bringing new candidates to market * Building relationships with new and existing clients * Lead generation * Building a client portfolio to work alongside on a longer term basis You will receive ongoing training from an experienced team, as you progress through the company you will have individually tailored targets and on-going training and support to push your career forward. As a Trainee Recruiter your role will evolve to encompass new business development, account management, further lead generation, head hunting, fee negotiations and closing deals. You will conduct in-depth telephone interviews with candidates, occasional face to face meetings with clients and manage the whole process including taking feedback and job specs from clients. Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.45am-5.30pm (5pm Friday).
