We are a new start up recruitment organisation that is very niche and which also gives you a lot of control on your hours, commission structure and the way in which you like to work. Key Responsibilities – • Business development is a must being a start-up company but we are very open on the sector you wish to specialise within • Ability to build relationships with clients and candidates • Money motivated as within this role what you put in is definitely what you would get out! • Well-spoken and mannered as there will be occasions where you will be meeting with clients • Strong administration skills as you are in control of your desk and keeping the database up to date with everything to assist you • Great negotiation skills to liaise between client and candidate on fees, packages etc. What we offer you – • Great commission structure that doesn’t change due to how much you place – we believe if you have put in the hard work you should be rewarded accordingly whether you make 1 placement or 10 in a month • State of the art training platform to allow you to start earning within days • Flexible hours to allow you to structure your life more accordingly while fitting around work Just to clarify this is a commission only role hence the rewarding commission structure as well as the opportunity to work from home so what you put in is what you get out
