CDM Recruitment are expanding the Engineering & Manufacturing team and are looking for talented recruiters to join the team based in Hebburn. We have an established client base and a very warm desk for a new recruiter to develop. I don’t want to write an advert like most of the ones I’ve seen before as they tend to look like job specs and I’m sure that you already know what a Recruitment Consultant does! Staff Retention – You will no doubt have seen agencies where the long service award is at 12 months, or at least it seems that way. CDM have a very stable team who have many years’ service with the company. The senior management team all have 10-16 years’ service with CDM and most of our consultants have 5-10 years’ service. When people choose CDM it’s for the long haul as they know they will be supported and given recognition for their achievements. Culture – CDM have a very supportive culture based on hard work and mutual respect.
