Recruitment Consultant - Healthcare Coventry City Centre £19k - £23k + uncapped commission We are looking to recruit an experienced recruiter to join our new division within our Coventry office. This is an all encompassing role (including sourcing of candidates and business development) within a fast paced and requires energy and enthusiasm. As part of Interactions on-going development our new Healthcare division will cover various settings within the local area. The recruitment industry is exciting but is a highly-competitive, demanding, and fast-paced sector. Our Health & Social care division is our newest edition to the Interaction Recruitment portfolio and as a result we are looking for an experienced Recruiter who has a desire to develop a career path within a company that can support your career goals. At Interaction you will be working alongside some of the most talented and successful people in the UK recruitment industry. Alongside this we have a fantastic commission structure and a rewarding environment. As part of a start up division you will play a part in building and evolving this division with on-going development and career progression.
