SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT Moorgate Winlight Recruitment was established over 11 years ago and has grown from strength to strength. Starting off with just one consultant and one business sector, Winlight has since grown to cover multiple sectors with a team of trained Consultants specialising in their own industry sectors.The ideal candidate will have experience within the Healthcare/Social Work market, will be ambitious, sales focused, and have excellent customer service skills and the ability to build great working relationships with both clients and candidates. Industry/Market Sector We provide a unique range of temporary and contract recruitment solutions to local authority clients across Greater London, the Southeast and beyond, as well as into the social housing and charity sectors. Job Specification Due to continued success and business growth, we are currently looking to recruit an experienced Consultant with track records of delivery in the social care sector to join our central London office. The successful candidate will take on a hot desk, with responsibility for managing existing accounts, tasked with the challenge of taking the established contracts and increasing headcount, improving KPIs and providing a first-class service. Therefore, applicants MUST have previous recruitment experience. The Role * Filling on- and off-framework vacancies * Candidate generation * Mentor junior members of the team as part of your career progression * Work collaboratively with colleagues in other areas of operation * Show Leadership conduct and assist the team manager * Offsite meetings to build relationships with trusts and organisations * Ensuring that CRM is up-to-date, accurate and that records reflect procedures outlined in manuals and policies * Ensuring there is an aligned approach to client/candidate management between recruitment and training divisions * Negotiating terms with clients around services offered by the recruitment function Required Skills: * Experience dealing with stakeholders and decision makers * Driven, focused, hungry and motivated * High level of professionalism * Excellent communication (both written and verbal) * Mature attitude which is enthusiastic, positive and 'can do’ * Service-oriented; have a desire to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships * Able to contribute effectively to a team environment * Able to use initiative and act independently * Tenacity and resilience * Integrity and trustworthiness * Ability to make effective judgements on available information and knowledge * Ability to guide and mentor others * Able to plan and manage own and others’ workloads * Able to work to a high standard under pressure of time and targets * Financially literate * Able to create, follow, disseminate and ensure that recruitment policies are being followed Must have: * Recruitment experience * Proven ability to meet targets
