PURPOSE OF JOB ROLE: Total Assist is looking for Recruitment Consultant's to support the development of Locum provision to the NHS and Private sectors. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/ UNDERSTANDING: * Experience working in sales/recruitment (medical recruitment would be ideal) * A good understanding of the NHS and private clients * Can build and maintain their own desk that is capable of satisfying targeted objectives * Able to provide a recruitment service to our clients and Drs that consistently exceeds expectations in terms of service, quality and value for money. * Providing support and guidance to other recruitment consultants and playing a key role in their development. KEY DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES * Using the ITRIS database to efficiently search for Doctors to be used for re-generation * Receiving and reviewing CV’s * Managing applications and forwarding on CV’s to create a candidate pipeline * Preparing files and correspondence to forward to clients * Briefing Doctors about the shift, pay rate and any other important information * Organizing accommodation as requested by the client and/or Doctor * Must be an active problem solver for any issues that arise * Able to maintain quality control and customer service * Attract new candidates using headhunting, sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking * Build strong relationships with both candidates and clients Benefits As well as offering a competitive salary, you will also benefit from the below:- * Training and Development * Internal career progression * Excellent commission and bonus structure * Incentives for top performers * Stakeholder pension scheme * Team building events * Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Employee Awards * 4 weeks holiday and statutory bank holidays
