After a record year so far in 2018, we’re looking for both senior and junior recruiters to join the team in our brand-new head office in Amersham. You will not succeed if you’re not excited about the space you’re recruiting in! Comfortable calling candidates and discussing their career to date and what they would like to do next. Finding new business opportunities within both new and existing clients. Driven by money, get a buzz from hitting targets, KPI’s and delivering a great customer experience for our candidates and clients. Enjoy maintaining and building relationships What we’re looking for…. Some Automotive Sales Experience – whether this comes from a B2B sales, Car Sales, Fleet Sales, Customer Account Management / New Business background, we’d like to see some appetite for developing gainful relationships. Customer & Brand Focused – wanting to immerse yourself in a market, learn & build a reputation for quality. Initiative & Anticipation – to be able to spot opportunity, no matter how small and act on it. Drive & Winning Mentality - to want to be the best and have a sense of urgency to do something about it now. Engaging Communication Skills - and the confidence to engage & build rapport at all levels. Organisation – not just organising dates and times for others but to formulate working plans for yourself and stick to them.
