Recruitment Consultant – 1st Year OTE £25k - £45k / 2nd Year OTE £50k + We are looking for hungry, sales driven individuals to join our team. We can give you the best tools on the marketplace, ongoing 3rd party training from first-class leaders in the industry, and daily support. What we can’t give you is the drive or attitude to succeed in this game, that must come from you and you need it in bucket loads. Together that’s a winning formula and one that could see you progress quickly in our business into management and serious financial reward. * You must be confident, have a real passion for sales and be prepared to be resilient in the rollercoaster world of recruitment. * As a business, we are flying and growing month on month and are recruiting a number of like minded sales people to be part of the family. * You must be the type of character who likes the challenge of a sales call, loves the buzz of finding someone a new dream job and can handle daily pressure. * You must be confident in front of a camera and be prepared to put yourself out there for the world to critique! DUTIES WILL INCLUDE * Sales calls to clients on a daily basis * Identifying suitable candidates to interview, engaging with them regularly * Arranging client meetings * Becoming a specialist within a specialist area of the tech sector * Placing candidates in temporary and permanent assignments * Negotiating salaries and benefits * Writing adverts / Marketing * Working hard and earning money!
