Job Description

We are currently experiencing a growth in our business at such a rate that we have been taken totally by surprise with the success of our business and the response from our client base. We set out Stallion Recruitment to deliver a personal service to our clients that they had previously experienced but had now disappeared from their current business partners. Our mantra has been so welcomed by our clients that we are becoming overwhelmed with vacancies so we need to expand to keep up with demand. Our Recruitment Consultants operate in the Facilities Management and Building Services industry sector. We recruit Business Development Managers, Mid to Senior level management, Engineers and contract Support personnel and we are looking to recruit trainees and experienced Recruitment Consultants to work in those sectors. We have an existing client base that you can plug into staright away or you can develop your clients and contacts. We offer a very good commission structure so earning potential is very high. We do not work with KPI's or measure how many phone calls you make each day instead we measure your success by your effort and work ethic. A strong work ethic and sustained effort will always bring results. We would be very interested to hear from experienced Recruitment Consultants or anyone who feels that they have always wanted to work as a recruitment Consultant as a Trainee. As mentioned we work in the FM and Building Services Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance sector so if you had any links or interest in that industry that would be advantageous. We have openings for consultants who would like to work on Temporary positions only, Permanent positions only or a mixed desk of Temp and Perm. You can specialise or be a generalist we offer a very pragmatic approach to how you would like to set up your desk.
