Job Title: Recruitment Consultant Salary : £22,000-£25,000 pa (Neg. Dep on Exp) Location: Cowley, Oxfordshire Summary of Post: This fantastic new opportunity is for a Recruitment Consultant to join an established and supportive team, with a well known and respected care provider. We are looking for an experienced individual who can assist in maximising our team's growth development and skills, ensuring the quality delivery of a Home Care service for elderly and disabled individuals. The successful Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for: * The full cycle of recruitment for the office care team * Writing adverts and responding to applicants * Screening candidates on the phone * Face to face interviews * Ensuring good record keeping * Responsible arranging induction and training plans * this list is not exhaustive You will be part of a proud and strong management team working in a well-structured domiciliary care service who are proud to make a difference. Overseeing the management of recruitment, selection of the staff team, along with adherence to legislation and CQC regulations to provide a quality and person centred service. * This role gives the Recruitment Consultant, a solid opportunity to have a real influence on the sector within their own community.
