Recruitment Consultant responsibilities: Excellent Candidate management skills Business Development Account Management Taking accurate job brief to match the best available candidate Resourcing and Candidate lead generation Arranging and attending client meetings to develop new business Working with our team to fill roles Candidates from all sectors will be considered especially those who thrive on working in a target driven environment and achieving KPIs. Salary is up to £23k basic with an OTE of £30k + 28 days a year holiday (rising with service) + Industry recognised training + Competitions and reward schemes.
