Rullion Engineering has a fantastic opportunity to join the rapidly expanding Glasgow office as a Recruitment Consultant responsible for new business & project generation.
Reports to: Senior Consultant/Regional Manager/Sales Director
Based at: Glasgow
The main purpose of the role is to create revenues by identifying and meeting client's recruitment needs, to achieve personal objectives.
To undertake daily activities focused on business development, client relationship management and recruitment delivery.
The role is accountable for creating new opportunities for Rullion within a designated vertical sector, discipline niche or any other type of specialisation, which is in-line with the overall sales strategy for Specialist Markets.
Understanding customers and candidate's needs and objectives is a key function of success in the role.
Delivering against the overall Group strategy and objectives and engagement in cross-selling and the progression of customer journey.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Leading from the front and setting an example
To achieve personal financial objectives
To personally create new business opportunities and develop said opportunities to maximize revenues
Formulate and deliver a sales strategy for new business
Formulating a weekly business plan to achieve Personal Targets/Objectives
Ensure the upholding of Rullion's values/culture/ethos/methodologies/vision and adherence to all company policies such as software systems, objective's and procedures specifically including but not limited to MyRullion
To create and win new business.
Create new business leads and communicate to the Corporate Sales
Create talent pools of highly qualified candidates, screen, interview and test applicants where applicable
Create business opportunities through individual and team proactive activity
To ensure that customer visits are maximized to extract extra value and ensuring that company and group opportunities are created
To ensure that all potential, new and existing customer interactions are capitalized on and maximized
To ensure that the company's front office system, MyRullion, is fully utilized and that data is entered into the system accurately, in detail and in a timely fashion
To ensure that the team are fully compliant with the company's Quality Procedures and Quality Manual/Processes
Adherence to the company's profit enhancement plan and pricing policy
Overall responsibility for ensuring that the candidate experience is excellent
To ensure that we effectively and efficiently manage our customer's brand
To ensure that we effectively and efficiently manage Rullion's brand
To behave in a manner which is aligned to the company culture and its values
Job knowledge, skills and experience:
It is a preference to have previous knowledge of the engineering recruitment sector.
It is essential to have previous experience and knowledge working in the recruitment sector.
Demonstrate a track record within contract or permanent recruitment (any discipline)
Demonstrate customer-facing skills
Good written and oral communication skills
Highly motivated to work in a fast paced sales environment
Demonstrate a high degree of business acumen skills
Ambitious in career aspirations
Keen interest in personal development
