The Client Our client, Betty’s and Taylor’s are currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their HR team on a part time, fixed term contract until the 31st of December 2017. The Role The purpose of this role is to provide professional recruitment support to all areas of Bettys, enabling them to get what they need to attract, recruit and provide a warm welcome to excellent new recruits. Key Duties Include: • Identifying Recruitment Needs • Produce appropriate and well written adverts for both internal and external adverts which embody Bettys employer brand. • Collaborate with Marketing and support with the recruitment social media devising strategies to encourage applications • Manage candidate applications, tracking the applications on the system and matching candidate’s applications to open vacancies • Sending out interview confirmations and preparing interview packs • Deal with any candidate queries throughout the recruitment process • Support recruiters with interviewing as required • Work with the recruiting team to ensure timely and accurate offers are made and that the Occupational Health and Reference process is followed • Supporting with budget management, by presenting proposals to influence best use of budget, actively look reduce recruitment costs by pursuing direct campaigns and forecasting staffing requirements • Analyse figures and produce reports to determine how successful campaigns have been in comparison to previous campaigns and considering ways in which to improve future campaigns • Manage the relationships between Bettys and recruitment agencies, by briefing agencies on job roles and working with Central Purchasing to negotiate rates and agree T&C’s. • Support with recruitment projects such as seasonal and volume work, liasing with each department to determine what support they will need throughout this process The team are looking for: • Someone with a ‘can-do’ and hands on attitude • A fast learner and able to work at pace • Strong administration skills and great telephone manner • Experience in recruitment would be advantageous but not essential The Offer: • Competitive salary • Full training and support • Free meals during working hours • Working hours, Wednesday 1.00pm – 5.30, Thursday & Friday 8.30 – 5.30
