Location: Cardiff The Role… Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing relationships with existing key clients, predominantly though appointments and networking at their offices, as well as creating relationships with new clients. You will initially be focussed on developing the London region, where you will assist our Recruitment Consultants develop their relationships with our clients on-site. The Person… You must be an ambitious, dynamic, self-motivated and confident, and have excellent attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills. You will need to be able to build strong relationships and inspire confidence when talking to existing and prospective clients, expanding existing business levels whilst opening new doors to potential opportunities.
